During your studies you will get to know the managerial aspects of the business from the bottom up. Small study groups and practical projects ensure a high quality education with the necessary practical relevance.

The Hotel Management study programme is practice oriented and provides you with the fundamental principles of business management as well as the specific management know-how that you need for a successful career in the hospitality industry. You will gain detailed knowledge about specific areas of the industry like restaurant management, food & beverage management, hotel real estate management, distribution and e-commerce.
