Student apartments
Living on campus - and enjoying the benefit of being close to university: Students of the university on our campus Bad Reichenhall have the opportunity to rent a fully renovated and furnished apartment and to work and live together with other fellow students from the first day onwards.
The apartments are located close to campus and therefore the students can concentrate more on their personal life and enjoy time in a collective atmosphere. In total, 25 single apartments are offered which have the following standard furniture:
- Wardrobe
- Bed including mattress
- Desk and chair
- Pinboard
- Small refrigerator
- Washing basin and mirror cabinet
- TV access
- W-LAN-connection
Students can furthermore use the common kitchen, recreation room, bathrooms (divided by gender), shower and restrooms. The common kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and deep freezer, kitchen stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets and dining tables with chairs.
The rent for the apartments is a fixed semester or yearly rent. It contains the complete furniture of the room and the common kitchen as well as heating, water, electricity and any other additional costs. The rent is 399 Euro per month.
