Gastronomy on campus
Offering a wide variety of products and good quality are our driving forces: whether at the Cafeteria-Restaurant or the Dallmayr Café & Bar students are being offered healthy and varied culinary treats on a daily basis.
 | After having opened the world's first Dallmayr Café & Bar on Campus Bad Honnef in November 2008, the study location Bad Reichenhall has its very own Dallmayr Cafè & Bar, which was also designed by renowned architects from Munich architectural office Arnold/Werner. Dallmayr Café & Bar is the meeting point between lectures, the café for a quick cappuccino and the place for a moment of indulgence. The cozy atmosphere invites to relax and enjoy the tasty Dallmayr coffee specialties.

 | Architects Arnold/Werner from Munich not only designed the concept for the Dallmayr Café & Bar, but also developed the Cafeteria-Restaurant. What is special about the restaurant is that students from Steigenberger Akademie prepare and serve three-course meals Monday through Friday. In addition the Cafeteria-Restaurant serves as location for the students gala dinners, which take place several times during the semester and are being organised by Hospitality Management students. The kitchen of the Cafeteria-Restaurant is equipped with ten master-work-stations. This is where Hospitality Management students are being taught the basics around kitchen and cooking. Theoretic knowledge will be transferred directly into practice. |
