The infrastructure of the Bad Honnef campus is characterised by a fine-dining restaurant, a demonstration kitchen and a wine lab for the students’ practical training. In addition, the Dallmayr Coffee & Bar and Charly’s Lounge are popular meeting places for a quick cup of coffee, entertainment and student parties. At the Bad Reichenhall campus, in addition to the modern class- and project rooms an innovative cafeteria- and restaurant concept is in operation and the campus boasts a considerable sized restaurant- and training kitchen.
