All study programmes offered at our university are taught in English. No German language skills are required to enter our university.

Additional language courses and learning German

In addition to English as the language of tuition, international students have the chance to gain German language skills. IUBH offers German language courses to help improve your skills. Apart from German, students can also choose to learn French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese. Language courses are normally a compulsory part of our Bachelor programmes (see individual course descriptions).

Guaranteed quality of education

All study programmes at IUBH are accredited by the FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation). FIBAA aims to ensure that study courses offer high quality and career relevance and that they are endorsed by both academia and the market.

In addition, the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef · Bonn is state-accredited by the German Ministry of Education.

The infrastructure features top seminar rooms fitted with the best modern equipment, software training in a first-class Computer Training Centre, internet and e-mail access all over campus via WiFi, a library with databases for online research and a demonstration kitchen for Hotel Management students' practical seminars.
