Dallmayr Café & Bar

After having opened the world's first Dallmayr Café & Bar on the campus in Bad Honnef in November 2008, the study location Bad Reichenhall now has its very own Dallmayr Cafè & Bar. It was also designed by renowned architects from the  architectural office Arnold/Werner in Munich

Dallmayr Café & Bar is the meeting point between lectures, and the place for a quick cappuccino and  a moment of indulgence. The cosy atmosphere invites one to  relax and enjoy  Dallmayr’s tasty coffee specialties.

Cafeteria-Restaurant

Architects Arnold/Werner from Munich not only designed the concept for the Dallmayr Café & Bar, but also developed the Cafeteria-Restaurant. What is special about the restaurant is that students from Steigenberger Akademie prepare and serve three-course meals Monday through Friday.

The Cafeteria-Restaurant also serves as the location for the gala dinners  organised by Hospitality Management students  several times each semester

The kitchen of the Cafeteria-Restaurant is equipped with ten master-work-stations. This is where Hospitality Management students are  taught the basics of cooking  and  kitchen management . Theoretical knowledge is  transferred directly into practice.
