Study in a cosmopolitan city with heart and tradition
Due to its southern flair, Munich is also called the “northern most city of Italy” and was able to secure 4th place as one of the most liveable cities in the world. With its rich diversity of cultural and recreational activities, theatres, museums and the famous beer garden tradition, the “global metropolis with a heart” combines comfortable Bavarian cosiness with big city flair. It is only about 100 kilometres away from the Alps, the perfect region for hikers and winter sport enthusiasts. Munich is the third largest city in Germany with about 1.3 million residents and the second largest financial centre nationwide. As home to top national and international companies, the Bavarian capital’s large variety of industries and low unemployment rate offers ideal conditions for launching a successful career. Our campus in Munich is located in the southern part of the city on the west bank of the river Isar. It is easily accessible by public transportation.
In the education of our students, apart from academic performance, we attach great importance to the development of extracurricular skills – because entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, motivation, adaptability, teamwork and flexibility are highly relevant competences in the job market. By combining specialist expertise and important soft skills we are leading our students to a successful career start – building on the solid fundament of a German state recognized university programme.
